Andrea, tell us about your role at Jooycar and how you would describe your responsibilities within the team.

“I’m the Head of People Operations at Jooycar. My role focuses on implementing the changes and processes needed to help employees increase productivity, feel happier in their work, and ensure operational efficiency while reducing costs. In simple terms, my goal is to make Jooycar the best possible place to work.”

“The company currently has 53 team members, and my department is made up of two people. One of my main personal goals is helping employees successfully navigate and overcome the adaptation curve within Jooycar.”

What is Jooycar’s mission and vision today?

Jooycar has reinvented the traditional way of understanding car insurance. The company developed a telematics-driven ecosystem designed to help vehicle owners and small fleets reduce insurance costs, lower vehicle maintenance expenses, and save on spare parts. At the same time, it promotes safer driving habits by helping drivers improve their behavior behind the wheel.”

From your perspective, which metrics are the most important to track?

“I believe the key metrics we should prioritize are employee turnover, engagement, and hiring time. These are essential indicators for sustainable growth. With Interfell’s staffing services, improving those metrics became possible.”
